官网原文:The site is located at the starting point area of the Hangzhou Chengxi Sci-tech Innovation Corridor in Zhejiang Province, with a total land area of 170,010 square meters and abundant natural resources. It is an open ecological campus that will gather enterprise service elements for the supply chain, creating a prominent example of integrated and innovative urban development in the era of digital intelligence. During the initial design phase, the project's SITES consulting team employed evidence-based design and synthetic ecology methodologies. Through research papers, big data analysis, and simulations of real scenarios, the design was supported by scientific evidence, ensuring that the landscape design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also scientifically sound.

官网原文:Based on the results of solar radiation and outdoor wind environment simulations, the campus has scientifically planned and designed a running track. Outdoor resting areas, starting points, and warm-up areas are strategically placed in areas with lower solar radiation during the summer, providing users with a comfortable environment for exercise. The track includes calorie and distance markers, adding quantifiable metrics and enjoyment to users' daily workouts, promoting overall well-being. Moreover, the campus integrates restorative spaces into the landscape design, providing a natural, tranquil, and secluded environment with seating areas to create a space for users to alleviate mental stress. Multiple areas combining nature, including extensive lawns and open spaces, serve as social and activity spaces for visitors, considering the positive impact of social interaction on physical and mental well-being.
官网原文:The campus has constructed over 34,000 square meters of ecological restoration landscapes, creating ecological patches capable of performing restoration functions through substrates, water bodies, and vegetation. It conserves and restores natural resources such as soil, water, and vegetation, providing habitat for small animals, maintaining nutrient cycling in the natural environment, and promoting biodiversity. The campus connects multiple ecological patches and the surrounding ecological environment, enhancing the ecological resilience of the campus and creating a multi-level, multi-species habitat restoration experience zone. Additionally, by incorporating sponge city design principles, the campus utilizes light-colored paving materials with high solar reflectance and green roofs to improve local microclimate conditions, alleviate the heat island effect, and embody the continuity of plant landscape value.
